Sheriff’s deputies say Randall McMurtry traveled off the road near Exit 19 and went down a steep embankment, where the tractor-trailer hit several trees and bushes.
The truck and guide cables in the area had what deputies say is substantial damage.
McMurtry was cited for driving at an unsafe speed.
